Senior Business Development Manager (Field based) Role Purpose: To develop new business opportunities for Davenham via the broker network Responsibilities: · To develop an introducer network including general awareness of the business · To source leads from your introducer network · To structure/agree provisional facilities/terms · To propose facility to underwriters · To meet with clients to sign paperwork · To liaise with operation to ensure smooth take on · To provide professional front line image to external parties · Ability to perform, from day one, without restriction or limitation The rewards for success include: · Basic salary up to £60,000 per annum (strictly subject to experience and current performance) · Uncapped monthly commission (OTE £85,000+ pa) · Company Car/Allowance* · Private Medical/Dental & Pension* · Up to 30 days holiday per year (subject to level of service) · Membership of a successful sales team and rapidly growing competitive asset finance lender *Upon successful probationary period. Suitable candidate: 1. Should have a minimum 5 year successful track record in asset finance sales 2. Able to work independently & operate from a suitable home office based/living in close proximity to Leeds / Birmingham / Bristol. 3. Should have strong existing broker relationships & good knowledge of industrial assets / vehicles 4. Possess excellent credit knowledge / communication / organisational skills.
